What do you want WIRHOA to do?

Dear Owner/Reader,

We invite you to post your comments and tell us what you would like WIRHOA to do and what representations you would like us to make to the RWITC Committee and/or to WITA - Western India Trainers' Association. Your inputs will be much appreciated.

Please do not get personal or rude while posting messages. Such messages will not be posted as all posts are screened.

Thanks.

you people have to strive to control and reduce maintenance cost of horses if you want the sporting owners and small owners to survive. else you can rest assured that only a few big boys, gamblers, trainers and breeders will race at rwitc.

After a long time WIRHOA has a good line up of committee members.

They have already made a successful start by getting the RWITC to agree to cut down so many costs.

We wish them them all the best.

Gentlemen:

I am not a owner hence will not be able to throw much light on the aspects of maintaining and keeping a horse. But I do know that these days it is extreamly difficult and expensive to maintain a horse especially if you are running bad luck and the horses don't deliver when you except.

Having said that I would appreciate if WIRHOA deals with other aspects of racing to the benefit of common punter like me.The race information are not made public before the race in this part of the world. In US and UK they have even channel which discusses elbatorately with the trainers, jockeys, owners and even syces about the condition of the horse that runs, the medication it is undergoing, the trackwork pattern and so on and so forth well before the horse runs. That is not done in India. A few gather these information and preserve it as private affair.

I woudl appreciate if WIRHOA thinks of doing something on these lines.

Also the detailed analysis prior to race will be a welcome sign.

Thanks
Vamanan

wirhoa site contains so many race videos which are of top quality.at rwitc we dont expect broadcasting from a blip high in the sky, but simply add one camera with zoom facility to capture the race in the final furlong and see the magic.your hair on the neck will stand as you see the muscles of the horse and also those on the rider"s face when you play the closeup in slow motion.
