Meeting with the RWITC Committee

Your association had a fruitful meeting with the RWITC Committee on 28th April 2008. Matters regarding cost cutting, increase in stake money, improvement of infrastructure were discussed at length. We are happy to inform you that the Committee has removed water, electricity, stable rent and swimming charges. They have also informed us that the stakes will be further increased by app. 1.5 crores. The owners' bonus of the current 10% will be increased to 15%. Last but not the least, they have in principle agreed to spend app. 2 crores on infrastructure which would include improving the stables, syce quarters, grand stands, etc. The RWITC Committee will look into this infrastructure project in detail and come up with a concrete plan asap. However, they have refused to do away with the one time levy for 2 year olds as of now.
